No. We are a Paris Itinerary Planning Service. We do not book flights, hotels, or tickets on your behalf. This allows our services to be 100% authentic to our Paris experiences and not influenced by the travel industry kickbacks and bonuses. In short, we work directly to connect you with experiences we know you'll love. We market in recommendations, resources, and planning. This leaves you to make the final decisions for your booking and the cost of your travel.
Our plans are, however, the intellectual property of Frou La La and cannot be sold, reproduced, copied, transmitted, or exploited as your own. Each plan is copyrighted at the time of publishing.

Once our team has begun work on your itinerary all plans are non-refundable. We do however offer 1 major edit and one minor edit following the delivery of your itinerary. You will also have open lines of communication with us while we are planning your itinerary should anything come up that impacts your itinerary.
Please note that at the time of delivery your itinerary and recommendations will be as up to date as possible. But Paris is a living breathing city. We cannot guarantee hours, availability, the length of lines, or do anything about closures, strikes, or delays in your travel.
We assume no legal responsibility or liability for changes to your itinerary and we strongly suggest that all of our clients purchase travel insurance for those unexpected changes.
The best time to purchase your itinerary plan is 8-12 months prior to your Paris vacation. Your travel must be at least 5 months away from the date of booking. Itineraries desired with a travel date of less than 5 months require a rush fee of $250. We reserve the right to refuse a rush order based on our current client load and availability.
Most travel plans are delivered within 6 weeks. Should your plan take longer we will be in contact to ask clarifying questions or to ensure a new delivery date.
It's not unusual for Paris travelers to hop a train to another European country, spend a week in the countryside, or take an entire month to explore every possible corner of France they can get to! We can do this too. But it takes a lot more time, a few sit downs with you, and will require a custom travel proposal. If we have the availability we would absolutely love to help!
On occassion yes we do. Especially if your itinerary is particulary tight or inflexible.
Your itinerary will however leave you with the instructions, links, and booking information for the sites you need to reserve in advance.
There is an additional hourly fee at $250 per hour for booking. We cannot guarantee that your preferred bookings will be able to be accommodated. Should you wish to add these services they will need to be added at the time of planning your itinerary.
